Flat scope for emergencies. Predictable months for everything else.

Two offers, priced so you can decide during an incident, not after a sales cycle. Every engagement starts with free triage: we quote before we work, and if we can't help, you pay nothing.

Emergency fix

For when production is down, degraded, or bleeding, and you need it fixed this week, not this quarter.

from $250 / incident

Final flat quote at triage, before any work starts. Most single-fault incidents land between $250 and $7,500 depending on severity. Multi-system failures and data-recovery cases are quoted individually.

  • Senior-engineer triage within one business hour
  • Stabilization first, then root-cause fix, in your systems
  • Written root-cause report (what broke, why, what changed)
  • Prioritized prevention list
  • 14 days of post-fix cover, if our fix regresses, we're back on it at no charge

Reliability retainer

For teams that can't afford surprises and don't have a spare senior engineer. A guaranteed response SLA is included in the monthly fee. Month to month; no annual lock-in.

from $2,500 / month

Prices are a starting point confirmed in your quote, final pricing depends on system count and complexity, never on how stressed you are.

Essential, from $2,500/mo

For a single production system that needs a competent adult watching it.

  • Monitoring and alert review across one pillar (database, infrastructure, or application)
  • Monthly patching, upgrades, and hygiene (certs, dependencies, backups verified)
  • Guaranteed response SLA, within 4 business hours, included in the monthly fee
  • Monthly reliability summary, what we saw, fixed, and what's next

Pricing questions.

Why not just hourly?

Because during an outage, an open meter rewards slowness, the incentives are wrong. A flat scope set at triage means we're paid to fix it fast and you know the worst case before saying yes. If triage reveals the problem is bigger than quoted, we re-quote before continuing; you can stop at any line.

What if you can't fix it?

If triage shows we can't help, we say so before you've spent anything. If we take the engagement and can't deliver the fix, you don't pay the fix fee, you pay only for diagnosis actually delivered (and you keep the findings). In practice this is rare: most production failures are known patterns wearing new costumes.

Is an emergency fix cheaper if we're on retainer?

Retainer clients get priority queueing and reduced incident rates, and prevention work is handled on an ongoing basis. If you expect more than one incident a year, the retainer usually pays for itself, that's the point of it.

What SLA do I get, and is it included in the fee?

Yes. Every reliability retainer includes a guaranteed response SLA as part of the monthly fee, no separate charge. We commit in writing to respond to incidents within a set window (from within 4 business hours), and that commitment is contractual, not best-effort. One-off emergency fixes are triaged within one business hour but are not covered by an ongoing SLA.

Get a number before you commit to anything.

Triage is free and quotes are flat. The expensive option is waiting.
